Minister of Defense of Ghana Visited Pindad, President Director of Pindad Showed Products Quality

President Director of PT Pindad (Persero) Abraham mose received a visit from the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Ghana, Dominic BA Nitiwul, Thursday (11/21/2019). The visit was conducted to find out more about the Indonesian defense industry, which at the same time was aimed to strengthen good relationship between Indonesia and Ghana.

The meeting began with the presentation of company profiles and products that have been produced, both defense and security products and industrial products.
"For 16 years, bilateral relations between Indonesia and Ghana have been very well established, for this reason this visit was carried out more specifically to find out more about Indonesia's defense industry," Dominic said.

Ghana's Defense Minister Dominic BA Nitiwul said he was willing to collaborate and promote transfer of technology. He expressed his interest to see Pindad's production facilities and wanted to know Pindad's ability to produce defense equipment.

After the presentation, the group then visited various production facilities. Ghana Defense Minister showed his interest in one of the industrial products, Excava Amphibious, the latest generation of excavator products designed to be operated on water terrain.

The visit then continued by watching a defile of special function vehicles manufactured by Pindad consisting of Komodo, Anoa, Medium Tank Harimau and Badak.

Closing his trip to Pindad, Ghana Defense Minister praised the performance and quality of various variant weapons such as SS2-V4 Assault Rifle, PM3 with silencers, G2 Combat Pistol, G2 Elite and Pistol Armo V3.
