THE NEW PROFILE OF PRESIDENT COMMISSIONERS OF PT. PINDAD
Former Chief of Staff Army General. George Toisutta officially appointed as President Commissioners of PT Pindad (Persero) replaces General. Agustadi Sasongko, while Brigadier General Maman Soemantri was appointed as the Board of Commissioners to replaces Major General (Ret.) Sardan Marbun by KEP - 112/MBU / 2011 dated May 24, 2011.
The inauguration took place in the Ministry of State Owned Enterprise, Monday, July 13, 2011. In addition to inaugurating the commissioner of PT Pindad (Persero), State Enterprises Minister, Mustafa Abubakar, also swore in the board of commissioners of other state enterprises, including PT. PAL Indonesia (Persero), PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero), PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) and PT. Dahana (Persero).
Along with the replacement of Pindad Chairman and members of the board of commissioners, Wednesday, July 20, 2011 held a welcome ceremony at the Royale Jakarta Golf Club, attended by Commissioners, Directors and Pindad staff. The ceremony begins with a welcoming speech from President Director of PT. Pindad (Persero), Adik A. Soedarsono that conveys: "Pindad hope to the new Commissioner, in order to work together professionally into the Vision and Mission statement”. The previous Commissioner, General Agustadi Sasongko, expressed: “Pindad business onward is not only for selling to the military, but to the military agencies of other countries (Export), as well, as a profit-oriented company. Meanwhile General George Toisutta as a new President Commissioner of PT. Pindad (Persero) expressed: "He will continuing the existing policy, and keep running the unresolved programs”. The event was closed by praying and hospitality.
