Spring Clip :

The material of Spring Clip shall be Manganese Chromium spring steel SUP 9 according to JIS G 4801 or their approved equivalent.

Shoulder

The material for Shoulder shall be spheroid graphite cast iron FCD 500 according to JIS G 5502 (1989) or their approved equivalent with the mechanical properties as detailed below.

Insulator

The insulators shall made of ultra violet and heat-stabilized nylon in black color with minimum of 30 % glass reinforcement.

Rail Pad

The pads shall be made of ultra violet and heat-stabilized high-density polyethylene (HDPE) in black color. Material characteristics are as follows:
